She does not need roids. She just needs to train and diet properly. Med remember this tip for the rest of your life:
1000 cal max per day
1 hour of cardio upon waking up everyday (you have to sweat!)
1 hour of training per day. 30sec fullbody workout intervals
walk around and do more activities
hopefully your cat is going to follow suit!!

For females it is fine.

I just did 30 minutes on the treadmill at the gym, I want to go back there tonight, too

As long as you cardio on an empty stomach every morning and eat reasonably, you will lose fat. If you added a fat loss agent like the ECA stack, you will lose even more fat. Don't overdo the training, or under eat. Both will hinder your progress.
Signs of overtraining:
* Persistent muscle soreness
* Increased susceptibility to infections
* Increased incidence of injuries
* Irritability
* Depression
* Loss of motivation
* Insomnia
* Decreased appetite

That almost looks like my cat & he sleeps in almost the same position (I'll post a pic later).

Make sure you do, its a rare cat that sleeps in that position.

Med, 30 minutes on a treadmill is nothing. Seriously. Losing fat on a fat person is MUCH harder than gaining weight on a slim person. You need to do at least 2 hours of cardio and weight training every day! Take some diuretics, too, and you'll be there in a few months tops if you diet and train strictly.

depends on her caloric intake...you can loose weight sitting on your ass all day (if your in neg caloric state)...of course,doing cardio will help alot and has other benefits...so i agree she should do more than 30min cardio..but 30min is a good start..then increase from there to upto 1-2hours per day (or even more)...+lifting weights...

2 hours a day? are you serious? no way. She can loose fat easily in 30-45 minutes a day if she gets her heart rate up and as long as she eats clean. Also, why would you suggest diuretics?

2 hours a day is nothing. I'm sure she has time for that, but I agree, 30 mins is a good start.
I advised diuretics to get any excess water out that she could be holding. For some, it's mostly water as opposed to fat, and you can find out either way pretty quickly with diuretic testing.

I can see 2 hours, down the road when she's a seasoned athlete. But right now, I just think it's too much. Diuretics can be dangerous, I would avoid them unless she's ready for the stage.

Here it is. Not quite the same but pretty close. He sleeps in this position (or similiar) very frequently. I don't know why he actually just started doing it about a year ago.
