Title: sarcasm vs milos
Post by: Bluto on January 10, 2007, 11:12:55 AM
i cant keep up with all 10+ pages threads

what is the current status on this?

is sarcasm gonna fly to train with milos or not?

if not, why not?

this topic should be a sticky until we get some answers!

1- Current status: someone is chicken...and more like: Kentacky fried chicken - with feathers (thus his username of choice: Squatfeathers)...

2- Chicken's can't fly...especially not fried ones (and scared on top of that...)

3- Why not? Read 1 and 2 and add whatever else from the book of 1000 excuses...

You think so?
But certainly not "Squatfeathers" he is also very strong in his real life. Believe me....What's the word? Monster-strong...Brutally-monster-strong...Oh well...time to go to work kids...I'll come back later to see his 73 excuses why he is NOT coming...

Speaking of keyboard warriors, sounds like "Bluto's" hinting that he's ready to accept the challenge.

Milos tried to pull a Red Herring  but it failed. He thought he could divert everyones attention from the real issue by harping on Squadfather for not wanting to post his true identity on the main board, but rather communicate through a PM. The Red Herring failed because no one has forgotten the main issue and that Milos still has not proven his lifts.

What is a Red Herring you ask?

A Red Herring is a fallacy in which an irrelevant topic is presented in order to divert attention from the original issue. The basic idea is to "win" an argument by leading attention away from the argument and to another topic.

The fact Milos lets Sarcasm get under his skin at all worries me.  If Sarcasm won't even post a pic of himself, why the hell would he meet up with a former pro and stake his 'reputation' on the line?  I get the feeling I just wasted time even posting about this. :(

Why would a hugely successful person in this industry waste his precious time in a posting war with some anonymous troll on a message board then?  Please explain how Milos is not currently allowing Sarcasm to live under his epidermis......

What Herring are you smoking?
Divert attention from original issue?
I make myself available to prove my lifts publicly - here in front of cameras...anytime.
But, someone else has to come and prove his lifts and "superiority ::)"...

I am enjoying my epidermis scrub ;) - having fun playing with obviously a kid afraid of his own shadow...

Besides - why stop?
There are about 15 threads about me started by my #1 fan - I couldn't find better PR agent even if I try...

But it always resorts to you having abuse hurled at you which I wouldn't imagine is too much fun, Milos.  I don't think anyone actually doubts you could out-train pretty much all non-pros on here.

i would go train with milos if i could afford it.

my job would be kinda pissed though if i left for more than a week....

then again, any training partner right now would be helpful.  Too bad the guys at work are a bunch of lazy shitholes...the gym is 400 feet from the office and i can't get one person to come train with me.

the fallacy here is that he's getting under milos's skin. far as i can tell this is just a great opportunity to not only drive more publicity to him, but to getbig in general. like i've said since the beginning, imagine it: for the first time in bodybuilding board history, a poster actually meets up with a pro and they have a showdown. that's a damn cool event.

He's staying in touch with fans. It's obviously beneficial both in terms of business promotion and  image; i'm not alone in respecting the guy for coming on here & for the knowledge he's shown in his posts/vids.

It's called staying in touch with the fans, a good thing for those who don't take the negatives seriously. It's obviously beneficial both in terms of business promotion and also in terms of image; i for one respect the guy for coming on here.

Milos, why not just fly the guy out, why do you have to reveal his identity too? That is a seperate issue. There is big money in revealing theSquadfather, it will take careful planning and security measures. You know he cant just post his address on the main board and you are taking advantage of that to get out of the challenge the he has already accepted several times.

nycbull: Sarcasm has 'accepted' these things in the past. He will never actually show up. He is strictly an on-line persona -ie. not with everything comped and all the siliconed porn stars of Cali waiting to suck his dick, etc. Never gonna happen. Your words aside, I suspect you already know this.

Milos doesn't seem to care about posting his name here. He has stated a few times that he just wants a PM for the info and where to send the ticket, and whose name the ticket should be in. He has also posted that he will keep SF's name private.

I believe Milos amended the public request. But hell if I'm searching through all the pages of that thread to find it. Here's what we know...

SF consistently bashes Milos
Milos offers a challenge
SF finds umpteen ways to backdown...anyway possible.

That's where it stands.
