I like it. Not much different than what I consume in many respects. I would substitute a sweet potato for the potato, unless its a pwo meal. Oilve oil is something I want to try to add to my program, at least on occasion. Beef also.

yeah i just have a teaspoon of each oil so it fits into my calorie needs , id rather have it in a small amount than none
im not very rich atm so a 10kg bag of potatoes for $5 or so had me set , but yeah if i could afford it id have that top ten list in there etc

I agree that the expense of trying to get optimum nutrition is maddening.
