How does that imply he's trying to 'send him up the river'? Your use of logic is somewhere level with the kids who ride the short bus to CPI class. Then again...considering what other conspiracy theories you've seen in things, this one is comparatively sane. Ouch.

As I have said before - the trial should begin in April, and then lets see what will happen. We have only heard from one side - the prosecution on everything. And nothing from the defense until they can in April. So many of us reserve judgement on it all.
As for the verbal book, I don't think it will be coming out any time soon.

In the past, the appendix was considered an evolutionary leftover. Now however, scientists acknowledge that the appendix helps support the immune system in two ways. It helps tell lymphocytes where they need to go to fight an infection and it boosts the large intestine's immunity to a variety of foods and drugs. The latter helps keep your gastrointestinal tract from getting inflamed in response to certain food and medications you ingest.
