And the no1 is
1 BOB PARIS
BIRTHDATE: December 14, 1959
HEIGHT: 6'
WEIGHT: 230 pounds
-
Nubret at 16... screwed again.
-
seing pics of clairmonte. he is better than paris
-
it's a good list but of course the placements can be debated. i think both serge and sergio should be higher
it's also interesting to see the weight of these guys, the biggest one being chris cormier at 250 pounds.
-
When is Alexxx going to come in and melt?
-
yeah i think its almost impossible to rank them...but paris shouldnt be in top 5
-
you forgot The True Adonis....seriously
-
you're not a fan of bobs physique?
-
Nubret at 16... screwed again.
Nubret had one of the greatest physiques ever. He also had none existant legs/back. The guys ahead of him where more complete. I do think Samir should be higher tho. When he won the O he was perfection.
-
I disagree about Zane. I found him mostly just too small. He looked like skin and bones in most poses with his arms up.
-
I think i would rank serge a bit higher as well as zane ahead of reves. Flex wasnt that hard to me. He had good genetics but his hardness wasnt there. Well for me i guess.

Reeves had perfect shape/structure/proportion.

i guess the article is a few years old so the question is there any guys that you think should be on the list?
-
you're not a fan of bobs physique?
his physique is great..but its hard to rank physiques. and to be honest i dont see a need...just enough to say he has a great build. but if i have to rank.. i would say he shouldnt be top 5 (that doesnt mean he hasnt a great build)
but that pic is fantastic

Paris has the best classical or aesthetic body of all time, sorry the only guy even close is Reeves....I mean c'mon, do some research and look up some pics, Paris is very close to the ideal build when he was in shape like the 88 Niagra and the 88 NOC.

ohh i have seen pics and videos of the guy but i still cant agree...but hey bodybuilding is very subjective. ( i know paris is at the top in aesthetic lists often,,but i think several black guys have better shape and some white guys)

i dont know man. there's something about paris physique i dont like, maybe he's not shredded enough, look too thick for my taste.
like in this picture, not enough detail, just too much glare

I've got the 86 Pro World on tape from ESPN and arnold asks bob about why he doesn't coem into shows as cut as he needs to be. Bob explains that just like he thinks a BB can have to much muscle for his frame he also believes a BB can be cut beyond what he thinks is aesthetically pleasing. I don't think Bob really hit his peak as a pro until he stepped onstage at the 88 Niagra, I've got the ESPN coverage of that also and it's liek looking at 2 different BBers, bob is shredded for that show.
there is a pic of bob and rory leidlemeyer standing relaxed the year bob won the nationals and bob looks almost flawless from the front...rory looks pretty damn good too.
-
apparantely the original article writer didnt think ARNOLD was aesthetic enough for top 20

This is why I fear the wrath of Alexxx.
