I just picked up some animal stak and was wondering if i should use it while "on" or just try it out after.
Do any of you use any supplements at all besides protein while "on"

Not while on or off.

vit c 1000mg
glucosamine/ msm
niacin
on cycle i add:
b 12
creatine (right at the end of the cycle)
glutamine
post cycle:
up the glucosamine dose
keep creatine going for 4 more weeks
glutamine
saw palmetto

The supplement industry would love to help you lighten your wallet on products that do you little good.
I will use:
Multi-vit
extra vit, C-E
Saw palmetto and pygeum (prostate)
Whey protien
And lots of good quality real food.

I use animal pak (the vitamin one) when Im on and off..
also:
vitamin C 2500mg a day
glutamine 30-40g a day
milk thistle 1-2 a day
B12 1cc every other week
green tea extract
cranberry extract
Xpand pre workout.

depends what your on but should include milk thistle always

My supplements don't change when off or on. I take the following:
Multi-vitamin, Multi-mineral, MSM, Vitamin E (only on training days), Hemp Oil (almost the same at Flax Oil but tastes better), MCT Oil, & maybe two protein shakes a week (as meal replacements).

Can you really tell the glutamine is helping? i've taken it off and on for years and never noticed anything. bulking or cutting. how much do you take?
Also the guys who take injectable B12 do you take a B12 complex or just Cyanocobalamin?

I usually add a little B12 to whatever I'm injecting.

Sorry, that was a typo...I meant glucosamine. The only time I take glutamine is if I'm dieting and then it needs to be a a lot to really notice anything, so I take a lot. There are a few other things I add during a diet but the basics I laid out are my staple.

It helps...I never realize how much it helps until I stop taking it for a while, so I don't run out any more.
