Very true this, especially considering that it's not your chest thats balancing them (which is why you do em in the first place, to train chest, not to train your rotator cuffs)

im impressed..altho from a muscle building standpoint chris would have gotten more out of 180lbs in each hand..altho maybe he did that before moving up to 200s..

he claims to have been the strongest lb for lb bodybuilder, but Ronnie completely mauls hmi in pressing movements. Plus he starts off with the dumbbells in hand, not having them handed to him. Cormier is one strong guy, but never even close to lb for lb strongest

Chris must be the scond guy to be able to press those in bodybuiding. If he trained like Ronnie style he would press them more easily but he trains to failure on ever set as opposed to Ronnie's last one.

correct.chris was weighing much lighter in this clip than ronnie in unbelieveable.if chris was ronnies size or close to ronnies size he would have pressed it 5 more times with ease
