Last time i have competed at welter weight at 1995 with only 75kg.I took 5th in IFBB Barcelona and 3rd in Wabba barcelona and best poser award.
If you want,i will search for my room and find them out.But,maybe they are in Japan.
But, i have a pic of my guest posing in 1996.if you want, i post one.
And i tell you. You still keep on being a pathetic loser.

Damn I wanted to post lat spread one but its BMP file and i dont know how to change into jpg.
Well.This side chest is when i did guest pose in a party.If somebody give me an advise,i post other real conditioned pic too.
This pic is taken in 1995.
My weight was only 75kg
My height is 171cm
Lifted
Bench press 120kg X6
Squat 130X6
Bent row 100X6
Soon i would like to compete one last time.
Now my weight is 110kg. But I will be 85kg
Lifting
Bench press 150X6
Squat 220X4
Bent row 150 X 6
Hopefuly do well next time.

But dont do that to their physic.Again remember,i was(OK still i am even compete in light heavy.. ;D) at bottom of the pylamid of amateur and THEY HAVE BEEN IN SUMMIT OF AMATEUR!!

He is a international competitor and there is no federation in his country designated so the shows he does are IFBB sanctioned amatuer events.

As i said,this pic was taken 10 years ago. So I have made tremendous leap since then.And the people of the gym also shove me a lot to compete again.
This time i would like to compete for this Autumn show(National qualifer for Spain).And i will post countdown pic in future for you guys(maybe for laugh? ;D).
I love compete in bbing contest especially making free posing routine is extremely fun for me.
Now a day,people compete in the contest with incredible condition and mass.As a natural BBer,i dont try to win the title but i will present a physic and performance that will convince a lot of audience.And maybe for final dialing,i would like to ask many advise to the great champ Paco Bautista.And taking pics and post here!
So it will be very interesting.
Again,thank you guys for great motivation! Its time to shed ten years of fat! ^_^;

I have believed it for many years since i started.
But,this 19 years, i found out (Not watching my self only but watching others too). The biggest required thing for developing mass is MENTALITY.
Not only your positive attitude but MIND AND MUSCLE CONNECTION. And deceive your deep concious by being surrounded by big musculer monsters. For example, if you are training arrounded by Jay,Ronnie, Markus...etc, you will be at least 100kg big guy.
In my life, i saw many steroid users who do heavy cycles,but only 20% of them were better than me even in 1995.
So, what the difference between those huge 20% and rest of small 80% guys? Mentality,concentration for rep by rep and positivity.
I dont deny the effect of steroid use, but without good mentality,they are crapps.
As for asian, I dont know also, Hide is Big now inspite of not having super genetic in Japan( I know many guys who have superior genetic than Hide). My friend Norihide Ogawa is probably bigger than many of Olympians(Be careful, i dont say better...).
Hide was the level of this 1995 level of me,but look at him now.
Ogawa was level of me of present version but look at him now.
