Fuckin' shit has been out for some time. It's not "new", but it is his latest -- One Step Closer. The DVD is 5 hrs. 49 min. and 34 sec.
Guess you can say it's a documentary 'bout the mofo's life.

i actually like videos that show the majority of there workouts and not hacked up.. jay makes some of the best videos in my opinion.

It is very good but not the sort of thing you can really watch more than once or twice.  I watched it over 3 days when I got it and havent touched it since.  The battle for the olympia dvds are better in my opinion.

I cant even watch a movie that's 2hrs long, nontheless a workout video for 5hrs? That's monster illusions
