No Bull Radio This Monday with Flex Wheeler and Rich Gaspari
Could there be a more appropriate time for The Muscle Mob to tackle the issue of racism is bodybuilding than the celebration of Martin Luther King Day? The recent comments of 8-Time Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman have put the issue front and center and we’ll have 4-time Arnold Classic winner Flex Wheeler and former IFBB superstar turned IFBB Pro Judge, Rich Gaspari, join us to share their unique perspectives.
As promised last week, we’ll also continue our discussion on precontest dieting with a meal-by-meal breakdown of how Dave structures diets as well as a discussion on implementing cardio.
And let’s not forget the ever-popular “2 Minutes with Valvolino”! and “Special Report with Special Ed.” As always, you never know what’s gonna happen with the Muscle Mob!
NO BULL RADIO airs live on Monday, January 15th, at 7 PM EST/4 PM PST. Just go to MuscularDevelopment.com and click on the NO BULL RADIO page of the website or simply click on the following link to join the party:

Ok, interesting/valid point that Dave made about how many covers Rich Gaspari got over Lee Haney but to correct Dave, he made it sound like lee only had a couple covers max. Rich had roughly twice as many covers as Lee but Lee did have more than just a few covers.
