I was doing chest earlier weighted dips, now it feels tight in the middle I'm doubting it's severe The middle is TIGHT.
What should I do?
how would it affect future growth and shape?

I'm not too familiar with that particular type of incident but i'd say see if you could stretch your arms, warm up or do push-ups to see if it hurts? Cause when you say "tight" i really dont know what you mean bro tight as in the muscle tissue is curled up?? Tight as in you cant expand your arms out?

If its pain it could possibly be a a muscle strain, i'd doubt it if its partial tear cause it'd be worse. Use tigerbalm or vicks and try to wrap it up and see how you feel tomorrow bro.

IF it was a severe tear wouldn't there be immediate bruising and disfigurement??

I got finished working out at around 830 thats when I felt a strain in my chest. Its 130 now

Can you breathe okay? Or does it feel like an elephant is sitting on your
chest? How old are you? Does it hurt ONLY when you move your pecs? Please describe the pain exactly (sharp, hot, stinging, dull, deep, stabbing, throbbing, burning, etc.).

it feels as if I got hit in the chest with a baseball.
this is where it hurts and it's a constant deep pain, middle is difficult to flex the rest is fine. ( i'm guessing bruising) shit!
Do NOT try to flex it. Let it rest. It sounds like a SPASM. The
fibers are locked up in order to PROHIBIT any further movement. To reduce the pain, apply ice for 20 minutes. This should reduce the swelling. Do this several times. 20 minutes on,20 minutes off. (No heat yet. That'll come later.) Then wrap your entire chest with a compression bandage. In a pinch, you can also use Saran Wrap. Take 2 ibuprofen with 8 oz. of water, and go to sleep in a more
propped up position than usual, to control swelling. Spasms take about 3 days to naturally release themselves. Arnica cream will help immensely. Whatever you do, do NOT over-stretch the area again. Do NOT pull the pec AWAY from the bone. You already did that, and I believe you went too far. Now you
must let the pec reestablish its position ON the bone. Let nature take its course. Trust your body. Rest, and recovery will ensue.

This poor guy. Obviously, he hurt himself very badly. Perhaps was even
