If that's you natty and under trained i'd say your better than 99.9% of people out there that train and aren't natty! Harden up a bit and your ready for summer, no need to add more size...just dial it in a bit!

LOL at Hedge.
I injureed my tricep badly so much that i cudnt control the negative of a 225lb bar. I also developed tendonitis. everytime i even slightly grip i was in pain.
thanks again kind comments. hopefully in 3-4 weeks ill have sum insane (by my standards) pics when i 95% back to what i was.
