Title: Winny orals- question...

i got 50mg pills.  a lot i have read said over 45mg ed is bad news for your liver, but 5mg isnt a whole lot more.  should i split the pills and take 25mg two diff times a day or just take all 50 mg at once. 
also, this is the first time ive taken winny, so i also wonder whats the best time to take it.  i work out at 11am.   whats a good time to take it?

any oral aas is bad for your liver thats why you should get liv 52 to help protect your liver.you can break it up threw out the day 25mg in the morning and 25mg in the afternoon.
