Title: 1st 10 wk test e. only cycle!

hey guys....im new to this site...i just joined as of a few minutes ago...but i am not some stupid amature!...i have decided to cross over to the dark side and start a cycle...pretty easy one considering its my 1st time...i am 21 yrs. old, 5-10 and about 220lbs.  i have been training for 6 yrs and have put on apprx. 100lbs naturally.  i eat clean...6 times per day...about 3800-4000 kcals...and 300+ grams of protein...my cycle is as follows:

wk. 1-10- test e. shots 250 2x per wk...(mon/thurs)
wk. 13-16 clomid 50mg per day, nolva 20mg per day...ill prob throw in a ZMA or trib product...it cant hurt

diet...well it varies a bit casue of meal hall, but lots of meat, oats, no dairy, peanut butter, eggs, whey, fruit, veggies

supps: whey protein, multi vit, creatine mono, L-glutamine

training, 2 on 1 off 2 on...lots of heavy compound movements...squats, deads, bench, shoulder press, sumo dead, dips, front squats, inclines...etc

ive already had 3 shots so far btw....

why would you take 2 shots in a week.if your useing test e just take 500mg and one shot for the week.I dont know why people think its so much better to take 2 shots of test E at 250 a week.

thanks bros....same here...its alot easier and fast for me to inject 1cc twice a wk than 2cc once a wk...just makes things easier...1st delt shot was last nite...a bit sore this am...but not bad...i think my body is beginning to get used to the BA content...back tonite in the gym...btw...im doing for injections-r.glute, l.glute, r.delt, l.delt...then repeat!

thanks so much for the support guys...im already loving this forum cause of all the good replies!...well i just came from meal hall a little while ago...ate a big plate of ground beef w/green peppers, tomatoes, onions, and salsa, 2 packets of plain oats, and 4 cups of diet 7up...next meal will be in the form of a shake...3 scoops of mint choc. whey w/water, 2 more packets of oats, and 2 packets of peanut butter....i think ill have a banana too!...im a bit sick...i think there is a cold going around so ive been taking a shit load of vit. c and trying to get lots of rest...i might cut back a set or 2 depending on how i feel, but ill still be doing back tonite!

PS- i forgot to mention that i drink about 1.5 gallons of water/diet soda per day

college bro- not the greatest food...but i can eat as much as i want...and always get the basics at least...its not horrible tho...so i cant complain...some days suck ass and some r good...thats just how it goes i guess...

You should of waited until you could prepare your own food and know exactly how much you are taking. Of course this if your trying to make quality gains but if your going after pure size, go nuts.

This is why it's better to split up the shots. The steadier the levels the greater the gains. The more fluctuations you have the more likely you are to get sides...At least that's what I've read.

First Pic is Cyp @ 225 Every 3 days which works out to around 525/week i think.

Second Pic is Cyp @ 500 Every 7 days.

ya man im more of a powerlifter than a bodybuilder...so im just going 4 lots of size/strength gains etc....i can eat clean at meal hall tho...i always can get beef, whole wheat wraps...oats, veggies, fruit, tuna, turkey, chicken...etc...its really not 2 bad...so i can eat clean!...trained back 2nite...got lots of sleep last nite...my cold is about the same...but i felt good on my lifts...the test hasnt kicked in yet obviously...but still not a bad nite! 8)

hey guys-thanks 4 all the suggestions and replies!....my cold seems 2 be getting better...taking lots of vitamin C and getting lots of rest and fluids...i dont like milk...because...it makes me very watery, and plus the human body wasnt designed to process cow milk either....i used to drink it, but now i just avoid it...and to be honest i feel much better w/out it...i mix in 3 scoops of whey so im getting almost 70g of protein per shake and i eat a lot of meat as well...2nite is off...just gonna do HW and get lots of sleep....legs tomorrow...thankfully... legs r by far my favorite body part to train!....so im excited....diet was good 2day...shakes, chicken, and beans for the most part, im going up 2 dinner in about 45 mins...so ill be eating, beef, oats and some peanut butter...thats all 4 now!...next delt shot 2morrow...right one...then its back 2 glutes for the next wk! :)

i hear ya there man...im an american too...some laws def do need 2 change...theyre a lot more laid back about shit in general here in canada...like for ex. if cops catch u w/weed all theyll really do is take it and throw it away at the worst...still cant seem to shake this retarded cold...its really beginning to piss me off...my nose is all stuffed up and runny and i keep coughing...although the "chest component" of the cough seems to be pretty much gone...i just want to get better...im sleeping tons, drinking even more, and downing lots of vitamin C/immune system booster drink mix packets everyday...training legs tonite...i should mention...these next few wks im taking off from bb back squats and deads for the soul reason that my CNS is just "burnt out" from them...1st semester i did a 12 wk russian squat cycle where i added about 90lbs to my squat...up to 4 plates now...then i took 1 wk off from training legs...then up until last wk i had resumed a 2 on 1 off 2 on split but still lifted in the 80-90% zone, and stayed strictly w/heavy deads, heavy front squats, and bench presses...nothing much more than 6 reps at the most!...so when wts. that were generally warm up wts. began to feel dreadfully heavy i knew i needed to change it up for the next few wks...so now im still doing the same split-day wise...but doing more of a bodybuilding routine...so 2nite for example...instead of doing like 8-10 sets of squats and then another 4-5 sets of sumo deads like usually do...ill be doing like 4 sets of front squats on the smith machine, leg presses, leg curls, and leg extensions...and keeping the reps more in the 8-12 range...ive been doing this type of things w/my other body parts, and although its not the way i usally train or enjoy training, it is feeling alot better...and believe it or not...i actually added an arm day! i figured for the next few wks...might as well do a bit of arm work since its G-d knows how long since i last trained them and the closest thing i do to arm work is pull ups and dips...hell who said a good set of arms ever hurt anyone! :D

hey guys...took my 2nd shot in the right delt last nite...it was so smoothe i wasnt even sure if it went in!...i had 2 ask my friend...did u inject me? haha...practically no pain today...body must be really getting used to the BA content...i still can seem to shake this dam cold...only gota about 6.5 hrs of sleep casue i was up coughing all of last nite...training legs today tho...guess ill just have 2 push through my tiredness...i fucking hate it tho...hahah...seems like everyone around here is sick...so hopefully ill be better soon!...going to eat lunch soon...fish, beef, green beans and oat meal...not 2 bad...thats all 4 now!

hey bros- fuck looks like to my extreme disapointment i might have 2 take 2nite off too:(...this cold wont seem to go away and i cant stop coughing...plus my eyes hurt and i feel all achy and just like complete shit...i napped for a bit today and it looks like thats what im gonna be doing more of...shit this really pisses me off casue i hate missing days in the gym...o well...guess i just gota hope 2 get better soon!

hey dudes! thanks 4 all the great replies...keep em coming! haha...well i am feeling better...still a bit of a cough...but lots of sleep and long hot showers seem 2 help....and so do all the vitamin C immmune system boosters too...trained legs 2nite...good work out...front squats...leg press, leg extensions, leg curls....7 sets(narrow stance), 4 sets, 4 sets, 6 sets....all in all not a bad nite....had a good post work out meal...figured id eat some food since i was right there...rather than go back and have a shake like i usually do...i had chicken peas, french fries w/ketchup, a bottle of apple juice w/glutamine and creatine and some lemon squares....not 2 bad!...well no date tonite...the girls family came up so she cant make it out but she called me and was really nice and very sorry...so we postponed it till next wk...and she wanted to make sure she could sleep over and get so drunk that she couldnt walk:)....this is actually better...casue ill be fully recoverd and by then the test shoul d have kicked in so ill have the wonderful side effect of extra sex drive!8)

don't quote me on this , but i think there's such a thing as a "test cold" or "test fever" or something.  i looked into it because i was on the same cycle as you awhile ago and i had a "cold" in the middle of summer!

it'll go away, if that's what you're experiencing.

as for the dorm food, what i used to do is make a sandwich and bring a ziploc bag in with my backpack.  then i;d put the sandwich in the bag and have a meal for later too (if you have a fridge in  your room).

ur absolutely right man...thats what i thought...but...im not sure...casue if u get test flu..its like a really bad 24 hr. cold...however gear does weaken the immune system and theres a ton of shit going around here...and i was sick for about a full wk...but im feeling better...and generally gear weakens it towards the end of a cycle...but then again everyone is differnt...and i think thats just what happened to me-weaker immunity=me getting sick easier....as for now...well im pretty much better...little bit of a cough lingering but thats about it....exceptionally good back work out 2day...went really heavy on the deads...a bit more than usual....good energy too...the chick i was w/was quite perplexed! lol...also...i hear ya on stealing meal hall food...im infamous for that...hahah...i take whole wheat wraps...load em up w/roasted steak and peppers...roll em up...cover em and throw em in my book bag...i take peanut butter...fruit...fill up bottles of apple juice and diet 7 up...white muffins...all sorts of shit...its the best...and the food really isnt to bad here on a whole...i can eat quite healthy...just got in from working out actually...drinking 3 scoops of mint choc. whey w/apple juice...5g of creatine mono, and 10g of L-glutamine and 2 choc. fudge poptarts....gonna hit the shower in a few mins!...chest tomorow...btw...2nd round of pinning began this evening...took it in my right glute again...barely felt a thing....quick, not really painful, and just slightly achy now!

haha i know i know....i gota fear w/needles this is already helping me get over it tho...the 1st day u wouldnt belive how freaked out i used to be...i spent the 1st 6 yrs. of my life in surgery and was getting stuck and poked w/all sorts of pins...shots here...IV's there...guess it kinda developed into a bad fear...soon enough tho...i was actually thinking of doing it b4 the end of the cycle...haha...also...th anks 4 the advice on the diet 7up...i drink that w/the 3 meals i eat at meal hall and water w/my other meals and during the day....i just carry a bottle...and fill it up w/cold water a bunch of times....prob should limit my self to 2 meals w/the diet 7up...i know soft drinks rnt good 4 muslces:(...thanks for all the advice bros...bed 4 me now! :D

ok well...one concern...i have pretty low test levels to begin with...so my sex drive physically has never been anywhere near as strong as it is mentally...i find...that even before the cycle...when i train...i am really drained to the point...where "it" more often than not just hangs there like a limp noodle...now that i am into the 3rd wk. of the cycle i am hoping that this will change...but it has not yet...perhaps it just needs more time...i am also taking in lots of good fats...peanut butter for ex, and not forgetting my saturated ones such as beef and egg yolks...i find "it" begins to have more a normal function when i dont train...which is weird cause weight training should not have that affect on you...i dont over train...2 days on 1 day off 2 days on...my sessions are about 1 hr to 1.25 hrs...except leg day which is about 1.5 hrs...but never really any more...i sleep 7-9 hrs a nite....and eat 6 times a day...so im not sure...but its really agravating...casue i also met this new girl a couple wks ago and i think she wants to fuck this wknd...so idk what to do...im thinking of maybe getting proviron but i would really like to try and not run any other stuff during my cycle...or perhaps i just need 2 wait a bit longer for the test to kick in... :-[

alrighty...im running 500mgs of test e. per wk...split up into 2 shots-mon/thurs...b4 the cycle "it" wasnt great...it seemed all year so far...particularly this semester...that it just got worse...i do have quite low test levels to begin with so my other thought...500mgs could almost be equivilant to HRT for me...and that if in the next wk. i do not notice any changes...i might consider uping the dosage to 750mgs...also...i will try and eat more...im eating a lot now...and really trying to stay away from dairy because it makes me bloat...but i have decided taht 1.5 cups of milk in 2 "homemade" wt. gainer shakes couldnt hurt...also im sleeping plenty and not over training as i mentioned below...this really sux tho...incredibly depressing:(

liqua-tech- its a very small trusted UG lab canadian brand...i know its legit...because many of my friends who are mega gear users use the same stuff and are getting great gains...so i know its very legit and clean stuff...anways...im only half way into the 3rd wk...so perhaps its just begininng to kick in...i must say i look pretty much the same...my shoulders/legs look a tiny bit thicker...but it could just be my mirror...not sure...other than that no dif...no sides...nothing....neigh ter good nor bad...

so b4 i go ahead and up the test dosage i am going 2 up my caloric intake even more...4 the year i have really stayed away from dairy-milk especially because it makes me bloat...however if i make 2 "homemade" wt. gainer shakes...i dont think that, that amt. of milk is going to do that much...also...last nite and so far to day....my right nipple feels a tiny bit itchy....very minor...and a lot of the time when im doing other stuff i dont even notice it...however, it isnt red, swollen, puffy, or any different looking than the other...i do have nolva on hand...how ever i am trying to avoid that because i dont want to comprise any potential gains...also the other reason as to why i am a bit nervous about uping the dosage to 750mgs is that...THIS IS MY 1st CYCLE!...thats a lot of test for a newb!...so hopefully more kcals...will help the gains kick in...also...my right ass cheek is killing me in the general injection area...not excruciating...but sore...this is the 2nd time i have injected there...the first time being 2 mondays ago...however...its not red...itchy, swollen, or anything like that...just sore and tight feeling...so i think its pretty normal...above any thing i hope it stops...cause it makes it painful to turn over in bed!

i am 5-10 inches and i weight 226lbs...luckily the nippe itching is gone...it was very mild b4...everything else pretty much the same...im not expecting dramatic body composition changes from this cycle either...casue its a pretty light one...but i would rather be smart since it is also my 1st time.  nothing much else to report...today is an off day...training my legs tomorrow...also going to bed at like 10 so i can sleep about 9-10 hrs...thanks for all the replies boys!

Bro if your test levels are as low as you think they are, After this cycle go get some blood work done, So that you next one is not wasted.

Maybe you should be at 750 or 1000mg a week

But your not gonna know without the bloodwork

What you started at and where your at now.

udeluz- do you mean the posts for your log?....i will def do that!...thanks a lot...ya ive actually been keeping track...so far my lifts have been up...deads and bench...today i train legs so i will see where squats are at...they havent been up a surprising amt. but a bit more than usual so that is at least one hopeful thing...anyways...i just woke up so i will be having shake in a few mins...skim milk, 3 scoops of whey, flax, oatmeal, and 2 packets of peanut butter...im helping the girl i know in the gym this am. but i am not training until 2nite after my next glute shot...be back in a bit!

My exact cycle as well, just started last week...loving it...do you feel that starting the HCG so early in the cycle is best? Also I'm taking milk thistle thru the whole cycle...do you venture that way or do you have another product for clensing of the liver?

legs tonite...krazee...as for your liver...milk thistle is fine...NAC is another great product to...its used in hospitals a lot as it not only helps your liver detoxify but re-generate healthy new liver cells...as 4 me...nothing new...my arms felt a bit tight this morning...so far today for food i have had- am shake(3 scoops of whey, packet of oats, 2 packets of peanut butter, heaping table spoon of flax meal, 1.5 cups of skim milk)...3 hrs later...3 reg. sized chicken breasts, mixed greans(peas, string beans, water chessnuts, and brocolli)...2 big bowls of whole grain granola type ceral-its got like bran flakes, almonds, raisins, and oats in it...each w/half a cup of vanilla soy milk...i rarely eat soy cause of its estrogenic effects...i dont think such a small amt. will do much to me and i dont mix meat and dairy...soon i will be eating another meal consisting of beef patties, oats and egg whites.

Thats alot of grub...sounds extremelly healthy. Shoulders and triceps tonight for me, this cycle has me just blazing throught the weights though, I feel like a freakin champ and the Deca has not even kicked in yet....aggresion is at an all time high....by the way chicks dig it....you know what I mean...great for cardio...

well...the test might actually be starting to kick in now believe it or not!  my whole upper body feels "tight" almost...not extrememly but noticable...also i actually was able to get it up the other day after training....something that never happens to me...my leg work out was really good last nite as well...i did front squats, leg presses, leg extensions and leg curls...i leg pressed 7 plates per side for 4x20...so i was pretty please w/that...and good form as well...although...it could be cause i havent leg pressed in ages...as i said this isnt how i usually train...im a bb back squat guy!...but i actually had decent energy for once....sitll eating a lot...got up a little later today...but i had my "home made wt. gain shake"...and then about 2 hrs later 8 small fish filets w/lemon and tartar sauce and a big bowl of muslicks w/a little skim milk and 2 cups of diet 7up and 2 cups of cold water...ill be having another meal in about 1 hr. or so...anyways...this is the end of the 3rd wk...i took my 2nd shot last nite(left glute) and will take my next shot in the right delt on monday!....thats all 4 now!

alrighty...still feeling pumped...man...is it f-ing cold here!...training shoulders 2nite...in about 30 mins actually...just letting my last meal digest a bit-3 reg. sized chicken breasts, carrot stix, muslicks w/rice milk, and 4 cups of water...should be a good one...got a girl come over tonite for a "cinematic experience!"


...PS- i get a decent amt. of cardio...im about a 20 min walk from campus so i usally end up walking up here at least once a day...plus all of my classes are really spread out...so i get plenty of excercise in there too!

why would you take 2 shots in a week.if your useing test e just take 500mg and one shot for the week.I dont know why people think its so much better to take 2 shots of test E at 250 a week.

hey bros!...nahhh not really retaining any water....and no drastic body composition changes either...:(...but thats fine w/me since im only running a pretty light cycle...felt pretty pumped when i woke up this am...training my chest tonite in about 45 mins...just letting my meal digest first...-3 beef patties w/ a big scoop of meat sauce...then a plate divided in two...half being green peas the other being garbonzo beans...also a packet of oat meal and 4 cups of water...not bad...im really keeping track of what i eat and eat really clean...usually once a wk i have a little cheat somthing...like pie and ice cream or some cake...but thats really about it!....ill be back 2nite!  later boys...also...anyone know how to attach photos? i cant figure it out!

good work out last nite...despite the fact that i was kinda tired...major pump in my chest...i dont think ive ever really felt a good pump...it was soo nice...these 2 guys in the gym who looked like they were ready to shoot a gay porn flick and making more noise than a horse in labour were really getting to me....dont fucking grunt like that when ur doing bb shurgs w/2 plates and w/form so bad that your head is getting more of a work out than ur flipping traps!  other than that good nite...killed the inclines...a little weaker on flat bench from all those sets...but still decent...and finished off w/4 sets of cable crossovers...then did some calf work...trying to add some size to those babbies!...2nite is an off nite...i might go 4 a walk around the city...and im also thinking of training just my calves...but we'll c...im a little tired...as i was a bit restless last nite and didnt quite get as much sleep as i would have liked to...o well shit happens...i took a nice nap this after noon and that helped too...thats about it...next shot-left delt tomorrow...heres some pics too...not the greatest quality...had to take em w/my web cam...cause my digital cam is getting fixed...but ull get the idea!

no clen 4 me man...im bulking here but eating clean...trying to eat around 4000kcals...and clean...cause i do gain fat fairly easily...i cut out all the starchy rice/poates and what not that i was eating last sem. that made me really fat/bloated and i look much better now than i did then...all my carbs come from either plain oat meal, veggies, whole grain cereal, and only simple carbs after work out...-apple juice and a few cookies...i know the pic sux ass....my camera was getting fixed at the factory and should be here soon...they said they put it in the mail so im hoping it comes any day now...then ill be able to get some better pics!

alrighty...thanks a lot everyone who recently posted...ive never really been lean...not fat...but not lean...pretty avg...and when i bulk...i do tend to bloat...although not as bad as last sem...since i cut out all the starchy carbs...also...i do cardio pretty much everday...i live far away...and i walk to campus usually once a day-its about a 20 min walk...also...i will c what i can do about getting some clen and or winny...im trying to save my money tho...and sorta "pre-budgeted" b4 hand...for my semester's worth of expenses...so i will c what i can do tho!...thanks a lot guys...really appreciate it!... 8)

Your diet sucks ass.  You are eating as though you're in a strongman competition.  Bulking up doesn't mean eating like a horse.  It will take you forever to lean down if you ever tried.  Big diff between quality muscle size and strength.

Post us some sample of a daily diet.  You must be writing down what you eat so you can alter it if needed.  Also write down your workout and weight used and post it here.

everyone please remember too...i dont really care that much about being lean or having "show" or "beach" muscles...i could care less if i have abs or gigantic biceps...etc...my training is much more for strenght...i did a russian squat cycle all of last semester...where for most of the time i did nothing but squat 4xper wk...thats the type of training im into...hell this is the first time in over a year that ive even trained my arms!...i just had to switch things up majorly...because my body was getting stale of the same type of work outs...and i was feeling very burnt out...

hey bros- well i didnt wake up and cook all that food and then work out...lol...i think were in a dif time zone...and i posted right b4 i went off 2 bed!...just got in from shoulders 2nite...great pump...lots of power...what can i say..I LOVE TEST!...cant wait till my next cycle next fall when i can take 750mgs...but im playing it smart...just excited and anticipating!  i cant believe im already done 6 wks tho...man does time ever fly!...i will be doing 11 wks...cause i have 1 cc of test left...so i might as well use it up i figured!...looking like PCT is gonna be 40/40/20/20 nolva...i think ill be a natural test booster just 2 help...and start the PCT 2 wks after my last shot...but thats still a ways away!...thats about all...they had lots of beef and salsa and veggies at meal hall...so it wasnt 2 bad and i loaded up!...be back later! :P

alrighty boys...been gone for a bit but now im back...really busy thats all...this cycle keeps getting better and better...strength/energy is through the fucking roof...just pounding the wts like theres no 2morrow and i dont want to stop!...eating lots of good food...and getting lots of good pumps too.  im pretty horny too...sometimes i wake up in the middle of the nite just wanting to fuck something...ahaha...met this hot girl at the club the other nite...good sized...she cheer leads and has a huge ass and tits so big i couldnt get my hand around em...hahah...i think shes coming over this wknd too...feeling a bit more aggressive too...i often have the urge to just tackle people and slam people into walls...its fucking great...no sides what so ever except that im strong and feel great...btw...a few people remarked that i look noticeably bigger and thicker...i dont really notice a huge dif. but then again its always better from an outside perspective!  up 4 lbs as well...weighed in at a solid 230lbs...legs tonite...bb later! ;D

thanks a lot krazee- for PCT i will be running either 40/40/20/20 nolva or 20/20/20/20 nolva/50/50/50/50 clomid...i think ill also throw in some sorta natural test booster...i mean it can only help.  ill also continue to use creatine, cut back a tiny bit on the volume of my training, and really make sure i utilize my rest days and sleep.  but i still got some time left, i just cant wait till next fall when i start running 750mgs a wk...so far i have experienced absolutely no sides what so ever other than all the good things...no acne, no greasy skin, no itchy nipples, no headaches, etc...thats about all...back 2nite ! later boys! ;D

Keep your calories up, and take advantage of some tribulus. hey guys! well the time 2 pin my self has arrived...i will be diong it around 6 this evening...i guess i made it sound like ive been sticking my self w/empty pins like a voodoo doll...not really the case jsut a couple practice sticks into my delts and pecs...i do eveything as the same as tho i were inject w/a loaded vial...the only difference is i just used a pin...and it reallly helped because now i am smooth with it and very confident that i will do it just fine tonite w/a loaded vial...everything was just as clean and sanitary as when i normally inject...i have decided for my last 4 wks of the cycle i will be doing german volume training-10x10 method...ive used it in the past and enjoyed it a lot...im up about 12-13 pounds and people who have no idea ask me what im doing to improve haha...not that much else...still going hard n' heavy...pct is on the way...should have it very soon...getting nolva/clomid...and running those for 4 wks...i will also be getting a tribulus product as well...met another fat girl at the club last nite...but then i left her cause i saw that hot black girl and she made it sound like i was gonnna get 2 fuck her...but then she realized she had 2 work the next  morning....however to make up for it...she gave  me a fucking fantastic lap dance...my dick was so hard i thought it would rip through my jeans! ahaha anyways...enoughh of my sexual debacles! o 1 last thing...i am going up 2 this girls room 2nite..."2 watch moives" haha...and believe it or not...yes shes a big girl too...anyways...i really appreciate all the support and advice u guys give! and listen and take into consideration all of it! 8)

not a bad idea man...actually i think im gonna be seeing her 2morrow...wel most likely at least...she always goes out...regarding my training, i have decided that im gonna switch things up again...and start GVT today...ive gota bit of a cold still...so i took yesterday off but i feel quite a bit better...and am going to start it today...had my 4th to last shot yesterday in my glute...and yes i pinned myself!  it went fine all the practice paid off...i had my friend there 2 supervise but i did all the work...btw he is a pre-med student so he really knows what he is doing...!

decided not 2 do GVT...im just gonna stick w/going hard and heavy...still can seem 2 get rid of this f-ing cold ive had for the past wk...im coughing up yellow shit every am an popping extra strenght sudafed during the day...my work outs havent been as good this wk...my body just feels tired...im trying to sleep alot...but its not the best quality casue i wake up in the middle of the night because my nose is so stuffed up and when i wake up in the am its usually earlier than i wanted (were on vacation for a wk now) and cant go back 2 sleep...my question is...do u all think this is part of the reason i dont wake up feeling "pumped" anymore...i mean i wasnt every day...but for quite a while...id often wake up and my arms and back would feel nice and tight...now i jsut feel normal :( i gota go train legs tonite...prob not gonna be that good since im tired, but i dont think i can live w/my self mentally if i dont train them...i did take 2 days off ealier and that helped a little...but im still pretty stuffed up and cant seem 2 stop coughing...fuck this sux...but im still eating big and choking the bishop at least once a day! :)

I'm all for your enthusiasm.  I was definately the same way the first 2 times around.  Was a sophomore in college and just wanted to get BIG.  I was 5'10 220 when I got to school that year and went back form Christmas break at 260.  But there's a big problem with just bulking all the time and never cutting.  When I decided when I was 21 and 260 with 25%bf, that I didn't want to continue sticking myself and working out 7 days a week, I turned into the fat kid. When you start losing your muscle at that size After school is done, depending on what you'll be doing with work, etc., you can't predict your workout future in that sense.
About a year ago (when I was 25) I was still at 268 and was actually working decently hard in the gym, but with work it was tough to eat 100% properly.
Luckily, in a way, I quit to start a new job but had 6 months til they opened.  I used the 6 months to eat perfectly, do a 12 week cycle with Tren A, Winstrol, Anavar, EQ and T3, and ended up at 225 with 11%bf.  ALso did cycling and elliptical work for an hour a day.

My point is now this job started for a few months now and since I'm lean, my body is more capable of keeping itself that way even though sometimes I only get into the gym 3 days a week.

Your young so you got time to bulk, but I'd start thinking about how to drop your bf in the next year or two because the health risks of carrying that much weight with a good amount of fat are not to good.  I'm a believer that with proper steroid use, you can always recover from its effects.  But fat is stubborn man, and it takes time.

YOu said something about 30 posts ago (i read through this all) about wanting to just put up lots of weight.  When I was around 270lb I would go on the bench and rep 3 plates a side for 4 sets after doing my inclines.  That was with Test, Deca, dbol.  Now I'm 225 with no drugs in the system (although I do have one cycle coming up soon), and because of the energy I have from not having to carry around 275 every day, I can still put up comparble numbers (not as many reps).

Just think about it for the future that your BF% will play a role in a lot of things

hey guys...first of all...sorry ive been absent these past 2 days...ive been up 2 my neck in papers and HW and been living in the libray when im not eating or training....udeluz...i will get more pics soon i promise man!  2 wks left of the cycle for me...but still going strong and loving it...Snow...i cant thank you enough for such good advice...those are excellent points you brought up and i know that i need 2 do something about that...luckily im not at such a high bf % yet...but it has been awhile since i last cut and you are completely right that i shoud do that soon...this summer when i have time i am not sure how much i would be able to...because i do physical work and really need my energy...however it is something that i have in my mind constantly and realize that your words hold  a lot of truth for that subject...other than that...n2m else to report...putting up lots of wt...eating clean but a good amt still...its been nice that im able to catch up on my sleep...still a bit of a cold nagging at me but nothing to serious...training back 2nite...ill report back after that!  8)

hey guys! i know its been awhile...majorly busy w/school...one more wk of the cycle left then the nolva/clomid pct will be starting...ive honestly had a great time on the test...especially the fact that im more of a complete hornball than ever!  my strenght is continually going up...although my gains seem 2 be slowing down a little even tho im eating as much and training hard...i will be cutting after this cycle...gonna buy some clen maybe some DNP prob this wknd...now that i just got a big bursary from school...ahaha...next yr. i think im gonna run a test (750 mgs), tren, dbol cycle...or test, EQ, dbol...but i wont be starting that till next september...so i have plenty of time to give my body a rest...thats all 4 now...legs tonite...:)

hey guys! sorry 2 have been gone for so long there!...just been busy as hell w/work!...well 2nd to last shot yesterday....PCT stuff (clomid/nolva) is on the way....should be here in just another day or so.  all and all i must say the cycle went very well...no neg. sides, really improved my strenght and got a bit thicker and fuller looking...and yes i will put some pics up...i just keep 4getting to!...the doc. perscribed me some dexedrine because i have ADD, and i must say it really helps me work better...but fuck i have great work outs on it...great energy....really focused....amazing back work out last nite due to the fact that i took my 2nd dosage about 1 hr. b4 hand...i think i read somewhere that bodybuilders in the 70's use to use it when they were dieting down or something...i am also going to weigh in today and see where i am at.  eating is still big and clean and drinking lots of water and started having a cup of green tea w/a little lemon and honey every day too.  big thanks goes out to all you guys who have been so helpful and supportive to me throughout my first cycle...it was greatly appreciated...will update through out PCT...alrighty g2g now! 8)

so im back after almost one month...started my PCT today...exactly 2 wks after my last shot....2 thursdays ago...im doing 50mg clomid (in the am) and 20mg of nolva (pre bed) for the next 4 weeks as well as taking 500mg of tribex in the am on an empty stomach and 500mg of tribex b4 my work out about 60 mins after my pre work out meal.  i look pretty much the same...im still using my good german grade creatine monohydrate, and eating lots...my training is about the same, maybe a set or so less than b4 depending on how i feel.  no sides what so ever, except my sex drive isn't as high as it was on cycle but im not shut down and unable to get it up thankfully.  no acne, itchiness, headaches, lethargy or anything like that.  Most importantly my lifts are still high and consistent just like they were when i was still on and that is what matters to me most...ill keep updating weekly through out PCT...lemme know what you guys think...the dosing schemes 50mg/20mg seem to be correct according to the general opinion on the boards (here and bodybuilding.com), and the guys i know personally who do gear seem to think so as well...but again all input is welcome! thanks guys! good 2 be back! 8)

so i upped my PCT dosage to 100 mgs of clomid/40mgs of nolva...at least for the next 2 wks...then ill drop it back down to the 50/20mg dosage...just my sex drive is starting to go...and although everything in the gym is about the same lift wise that fact makes me nervous so i decided to up it although it is not an excessive dosage.  by the way i am using INNOVATIVE RESEARCH products.  and when i talked to them they did say that they fixed it so there is 50mg/ml of clomid and 20mg/ml of nolva per serving even though it is suspended in water.  i look about the same so i seem to be keeping all of my size pretty well. using creatine mono and eating big....hopefully this problem of my lacking sex drive will go away in due time....although it also might just be going back to its normal state, for before the cycle....it was never very good:( and while on cycle i think it went up to the level of a normal person; something that i am now missing a lot...training back tonite...will be back to report more later.

100mg of clomid for that long is over kill. As for the product you're using with a nolva/clomid mix, I can't speak on that...don't know anything about it.

Every time I come off a cycle I almost always kind of have a 2wk period where my sex drive is a little lower, not bottomed out or anything just lower then normal. After 2 wks or so though it always seems to level back out.

The clomids powerfull stuff in itself. Abouts 10 days after you stop is the real test.
Yes, there can be a period of diminished sex drive/ interest. If you got a steady girl, its best to
explain, or they might think somthing is wrong w/ the relationship.

Clomid also gives me zits on my forearms.  I use 1-2 a day for 10 days.
 Like.. 1,2,2,2,1,1,....
It has a Long 1/2 life, you get a buildup effect.

hey guys...well back again after awhile....sooo busy this time of year...i am on my 3rd wk. of PCT...it really helped to up the dosage for the 1st to weeks and now im back down to the 50/20mg ratio.  for about a wk. and half i got pretty sick/had exams and felt like complete shit and couldnt train...i pretty much kept up w/my diet tho...this is my first wk. back after that little break...my poundage is a bit down...but im PRAYING...that the reason is due to my body just not being used to as heavy of weight as before i took my time off...if i lost that much strength after my cycle...i will be extremely upset and angry...especially when i did everything right, and can't help it if i get sick or not.  im hoping that by next wk. or so...my poundages will be back up about where they were before- during the last week of my cycle...that was the best/strongest week of the whole thing.  i just can't see how a week and a half can have that much of an impact...but i could be wrong...hope im not:(....as for the next cycle...i decided 750mgs of test would be a bit too big of a jump for my 2nd time around so im going with 600mgs of test e. and 450mgs  of equipoise...that will start at the very beginning of september when i come back to school.  i will be using HCG for that...and cannot wait to get started...being on is far better than being off!...so thats all 4now...ill keep posting! thanks guys! 8)
