youve been taking dbol for 7 weeks now? what dose?
-
I've also noticed it's really hard to do cardio when taking Dbol. It made me very winded & I could only go about 10-15 minutes on the Elliptical Trainer before I was ready to collapse. But then again Dbol is just for mass.
-
Just be thankful it was DBol and not Anadrol....much worse
-
got nothing to do with dianabol . You are just out of shape cardio wise.

I ran high doses of naposim in the past but it didn't affect my vomax. You do get pumps but i like to factor in the food and other stuff i take. I learned getting ready for mr.michigan with ron love to do cardio even in off season 1h a day.

1 hour a day of cardio in the offseason, dude, through all the research and such. I've never heard of a pro in the offseason doing cardio everyday for an hour...anyone else heard of this?

u talk like u know something. u don't

Man, I really don't understand you, dude did you come into these forums to get into flaming wars, never once in my comment did I say I was right as far as cardio, I simply stated that I had never heard of this. But hey i know 10 years of training and use of AAS counts for nothing right? But hey why don't you enlighten the rest of us with your wisdom. O knowledgeable one.......
-
you know...maybe i was a bit harsh...but funny thing i remember telling ron love the same thing..."are u sure? 1 hour??"...he laughed..yep 1 hour...now i'll remind u that it is possible that what i eat offseason and what u consider to be offseason eating might be 2 different things.

I remember that Chris Cormier wrote in his column couple of years back, that he does at least 45-60 min cardio a day in the offseason, except the day after he does legs. That could be BS though, he wrote that he does it because:
1. It gives him leeway with junk food.
2. He doesn´t have to worry about heart problems.
-
a bit of both i think

I don't disagree with you one bit, I just know for me as a hard gainer that I would kill all the pounds that I worked so hard to put on....unfortunately weight just slips of me...it's a bitch when your trying to gain....
