NYC (not a state yes, but def bad drivers)
NJ (wierd traffic laws)
AZ (dip shits with licenses that never expire)

of all the africans and indians, mexicans and pakis (yes my own people but ..honestly..we cant drive) its one big mess mate.. >:(

recently there ws a bit on fox 5..some dood from some african country had moved and gotton his lisence..

why it made the local news you ask?

cause up until 3 weeks before that..he had NEVER even seen a road or car  :-\
