Although he cleaned up his act lately here's a sample from a few years back. This came about while reading how outraged some people are that Jay drinks a coke. Breakfast :a dozen donuts +1L of Sprite. Meal 2 :2 double quarter pounder with cheese + fries + Sprite. Meal 3 and 4 are same with meal 2 . I don't recollect everything in detail but I think he was leaving the buns out...also the rest of the day included another dozen donuts.

I think he was a powerlifter before.... seems like a good powerlifter diet ;)

With the amount of clen, dnp and T3 he's taking he could eat all that and a lot more and still look shredded.

I start every morning with a heaping glass of DNP. Does a body good!
