about 65 lbs....and yeah, my love handles are the last thing to comed off....my abs are visible, but they are stilll there slightly. hahaha.....smaller now though.

i work out every day on a five day repeating split.... it goe 1. chest/hammies 2. bi's tri's 3. shoulders/traps 4. back. 5 quads 6. repeat (chest/hammies). whey, glutamine, creatine post work out . green tea extract.

how long have you been taking the green tea extract.I'm on a sixteen week cut up plan i just started.I planed on taking green tea extract the last six to eight weeks to help with the last hard to take off pounds.

i just started taking it...its amazing stuff dude. with agood diet, you pretty much have no limit to how much you can eat...and still metabolise ll of it. (by good diet i mean low amounts of high gi carbs and low amounts of bad fats.)

my ribcage is so ginormous that im not even sucking all the wya in on this shot.......and i have about 20 lbs left to lose before im happy.....my vaccum pose will be unreall!!

one that doesnt have the caffiene removed.....other than that, whatever you can get. its al the same stuff. some will have other fat loss aids included though.

How the fuck are u able to do quads after back day? I thought you did deadlifts, so I assume you're doing those on back day instead of doing those with hamstrings/quads. And hows the poundages coming along since u started dieting?

not much leg action in my deadlifts... and my poundages have remained stagnant in the big lifts that ive consistantly been doing ssince before dieting...but on the other lifts that are strictly isolation; my progress has remainied the same as when i was getting 300+ grams of carbs a day (aka fatty status)..... and deads are going up really really fast....as i up untill about two months ago i only did them maybe once every two months...and i took it real easy. lately ive ben starying with deads, and going full out for 5-6 sets of heavy weights in the 5-8 rep rang..sometimes just loading up as much as i can get for a couple tough ones to finish out my work sets. quads and hams are on seperate days too...my leg day is just quads/calves

my best sports are th eones that evrybody wats to play...but no one does. my worst sports are the ones everybody plays, btu no one likes to(or at least, practice. all the football players and basketball players always bitch about practice.).... snowboarding, surfing, skateboarding, longboarding, skim boarding...basically evrything with a board. i played paintball back when spiders were off the hook. i enevr really shoot, but when i do; i kick evryones ass.. ( its genetic...everyone in my family has a title for shooting i at leats one categorie. (mine was a small novice skeet tournament my first time ever shooting. but its still a title.
as for sports that yoru referring to...i use to play foootball. i swam competitively for 10 years.. i play golf alot, but im not as good as i use to be. and i wrestled freshman year, but i neevr won a match so i stopped. ( i think that had to be becaus ei was a chubby, weak 190 lb freshman wrestling varsity against four year seniors who were the same weight but 6 inches taller than me and pretty lena. (sort of like myself, now).
fuck team sports...i cant stand coaches. or any other opressing authority for that matter.
