I just started my sixteen week plan to be ripped by the summer.Who's with me?Whats your plan of attack on the fat acquired from the winter and holidays

Sorry but I'll pass, I need to pack on a little more beef before I go on a diet ;)

Im basically doing that BFFM Tom Venuto or whatever's diet. Trying to go for more jogs/sprints and sticking to the weights 4 times a week.
Only problem is moderation of junk food that seems to get in the way , practice makes perfect i guess :)
Oh and I quit fat burners as i was having serious caffeine withdrawl and the extra money for food will help.
Just one coffee before cardio , which ill do sometimes in the morning on empty stomach via crosstrainer for 45 mins intervals and alternate each month with HIIT cardio of 16 mins.
Creatine/Multi will be my supps
Well thats my plan anyhow :)
