Here's something from my sickness thread from last week when I was hovering between life and death.  Follow all directions and you'll feel better in two days.

Aside from that take anything that will keep you knocked out, put lots of cocoa butter on your little red schnoze, and watch trash tv all day. "Courage Camille!"
