anY out there typically train 6x a week or is mostly a 2 on or 5 day split?
-
Why?
Get a workout plan and stick to it sweetheart.
See how it goes and if you get on with it stick to it, then when the time comes for a change you will feel the need to move on.
As a noob training (sorry if your not) you will find you'll get good gains with virtually anything.
Just pick something and stick to it, don't make things complicated

I agree with Your maaa. Find something and stick to it for a month or two. If you don't see results, change it up slightly and try again. You probably won't learn much about your body if you don't give it enough time to respond to a routine. Also, you gotta EAT! Nutrition is literally about 50% of the battle.
In training, it's great to listen and learn, but like Chic Betancourt once said: "if you listen to too many people, your head will blow up." Or something to that effect. ;) Just listen to your own body, follow the basics and try to train safe.

Lugar, you're already overworked & overstressed your body. Why are you thinking about doing a six day a week split?
-
I guess he likes going to the gym.
-
Are you hitting weights all 6 days or are some of these just cardio days?
-
5x a week.......2 dys of cardio.........I sit, eat and rest for 10 hours everyday...........
-
Dont become a BB pinhead, resting and all this bollocks is fine but it ain't gonna make your gains materialize any quicker.
Enjoy life there are chicks and stuff out there darling, if you enjoy it then good luck but trust me i've been where you are and when the realisation hits home that your missing out on things hits home its a shitty feeling.
so don't let it overtake everything else, see your mates shag birds dont sit around "resting" for us mere mortals it will do fuck all
just my 2 cents

I currently do 6 workouts a week, but its 3 weight training days and 3 cardio/abs days.
Unless you are using AAS, I think 6 weight training days is too much.
Just my $0.02.
