I have a menu for my morning eating, due to lack of time i cant cook, pls help
wake up
30 g protein shake with water
20 minutes - shower shave get dressed
shake made of : 4 large egg whites, 60 grams of uncooked oats, banana , 15 grams of whey .
is that ok ?

My only question is uncooked oats and uncooked egg whites as well. Maybe somebody can weigh in on the cooking versus uncooked when it comes to the issue of your body's ability to utilize it.
