Holy Shit, I can't believe he's only 26.

This guy will be a pro within 2 years, and could do some major damage once his hams get some more work.

Once again...holy shit.

Top is HERE! Trop is HERE!

Hey Justin are youever gonna come out with a BOOK or some kind of newsletter or something where we can read and learn about your theories?

I'm going to lobby for you to get with a magazine somewhere with your own 'Q/A'.

Zack is a FREAK. He posts here sometimes. I have reason to believe he's SQUAD APPROVED. He's open about what kind of gear he uses and in what quantity. That's why he is cool here...he doesn't try to sell us 'CellTech'.

SHHHHHHH! Don't say that! He's watching YOU TO! Geez! Have you ever seen 'Swimfan'?

Just the other day I was at a red light around 11:45pm and there was no car in sight in all 4 directions...except one. The car slowly creeped out from out of nowhere and pulled up behind me...I kept checking my mirrors but couldnt make out a face...just a shape. It was very dark. I wondered right then and there if it could have been HIM...the ONE known only on here as....'spotter'.

26? He does look older in the face, but he looks great. And no I haven't seen old photos of him.

Where are the people who say "he looks 40"? "all drugs"? "i feel sorry for his heart, liver and kidneys"?

first of all i'll say that this guy looks phenomenal and is huge beyond belief but to say that his genetics are "monster" or great for that matter is crazy, there are a hell of a lot of guys who if given the crazy doses like the ones listed for Dorian Yates who would be absolutely mammoth if they took those dosages.

Yes, yes, this is the point I am trying to make. Thanks! Nowadays, is size and development alone a reliable indicator of what one's "genetics" are?

Zack's a beast, waist is tight aswell and you can tell theres no shit in his arms like other bb's, you can tell that because his forearms dont look too small for his upper arms.

Ive seen him around and the first thing i thought when i saw him in person is that he could definitely be pro and do serious damage, you dont usually see that kind of mass without there being a huge gut that takes away from the taper, it truly looks freaky to see someone with the equivalent mass of a dennis james, without the distended stomach, makes it look even more freaky.

Got to respect a physique like that

Yeah, from what I've talked to him about, he's a good, honest guy.  I've never met him in person though, so my views could always be tainted.

I'm working on a book that I am hoping to finish later this year.  It will be a total precontest diet book.  I'm hoping to break everything about the precontest period down, so there should be no reason anyone has to go into their first contest with no clue abou how things can be properly done.....which happens far too often.

Will it contain lots of jargon? Or will it be accessible to the layman? (I mean of course there has to be some science in there, but do we have to be bio/chem/nutrition majors to understand some or all of it?)

a) he is working with Troponin so I think youll see some very good placings for him in the near future if not the pro card

b)Squadfather--the yates cycle you posted up previously was complete bull 100% (Yates was very giving about his diet and supplement usage to his various training partners, well who do you think I talked to at length some years back)...but if I got into details you wouldnt believe me anyway because its basically the same thing/amounts that 75% of the juicers on these boards weighing 205 do. Oh well, there are good and elite genetics and there are "hyper-responders" and when you combine those 2 with someone that is meticulous with nutrition and trains like a beast possessed....well you end up with a superfreak ala Yates

I'm hoping anyone could understand it.  When I started out on it, I had planned to reference everything, and make it very "official."
But then I thought, f' it, these are MY opinions on how things can be done.  I want it to be fairly informal, and show how I do things.
They're just my opinions, and people can feel free to disagree.  But, it is what I have found to work best, based on my background in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition, along with my real world experience.

Hey Justin aint no thang, player...you can say 'fuck' here we don't mind.

I can't wait. As soon as you have a release date PM me and give me the scoop. I troll 'the other site' and read all your posts all the time. I been talking to someone you worked with recently and did a great job with. Her and I trained together recently and she speaks so highly of you. I told her that I thought you were the best and easiest to relate to and have a safe 'obsession' with your theories.

I acquired a copy of that Lary Pepe book...'Pre-Contest Bible' and it's...okay but then again how could a kid like me relate to it. It's very very cookie-cutter and dry. It's NOTHING you can't read about in any issue of FLEX at anytime.

Maybe in the back of the book you can have a reference page of all the supps/companies you reccomend based on quality, price etc...

Maybe a page where you can leave contact info for your people you have that work with others in your theories like Elaine etc...

I think it would be a hit.

Yea, Justin...that's her. I like her. She's super passionate like I am and her and I have the same views and cries about the state of the BB world of our city.

I start prepping for a show starting MONDAY morning and I am trying to work out for her and I to train together 1-2x's a week if possible. She acknowledged how good you were to work with and how you're innovating and realistic and dont go with 'tradition' all the time.

Quick question for you. I know you got ties to 'ON' but if you were me would you use their product 'vassive-ice' to sip on DURING your workouts and then after your workout use a serving of Vitargo-CGL? 'Vassive Ice' has creatine in it. I am thinking about dedicating myself to stay in a 'anabolic/positive nitrogen balance' state at all times so I am looking for a concotion to sip on DURING my workouts. Pre-contest so something with little to NO carbs and sugar. I thought about BEVERLY's 'glutamine select'. That way having Vitargo CGL after my workouts wont cause a 'creatine overload' if you will.

Justin I await your insight on this.

Yeah, the Vassives are pretty good.  They taste pretty good, actually.  We first tried them at the Olympia.  The one you're talking about has CEE in it, and it's the first CEE product that tastes good.
They both have branched chain amino acids, and the one you're talking about has L-taurine as well.

It has a fairly low dose of creatine, so I think you'd be fine combining them.  The vassive products cost a fair amount though.  The CEE is much more expensive to put together, especially when you add the aminos.

I'm a HUGE proponent of adding BCAAs during your workout, and most literature backs up this statement.  So, that alone makes it a decent product.
