having problem getting out of the hole during sqauts, and pulling fast off the floor during deadlifts.is it hips, whats the bets way to strengthen them. need feed back.

Your deads issue alone could be a number of things, but since you have a problem getting out of the hole on squats I would say you lack strength in your hamstrings.
Suggest ass-to-floor squats with lower weight (and slowly build your weight back up) as well as stiff-legged deadlifts to improve those hammies.
My $0.02.

i used to do squats with a lighter ..MUCH lighter weight targeting only the bottom half of the movement..
ie all the way down..to parallel and then back down again..
stay tight at the bottom and dont let the weight bear down on your knees though

There is a point where I always feel the stress shift from my knees to my hips; really feels much better to me to go lower.
