I recently competed in a figure competition, and am planning on making the move over to fitness, and will be competing (hopefully) in June. I have a pretty strong gymnastics background, and already have someone to help choreograph the routine, but I was wondering who some of the more experienced girls here would suggest (if anyone) for developing music for the routine. I have done some research and read all of the suggestions about picking music and what types of music to use, but I was just wondering if there is anyone specific that any of you ladies have used to mix music for your routines....or if anyone has any other advice regarding music.
Thanks a bunch for any advice you ladies can offer!

Find a place that has a competitive cheer squad and usually they will have a coach that knows how to mix music.
Welcome to Fitness!! ;D
God bless,

Contact Jay at MrDJRoc@aol.com. Tell him Sandi referred you! :)

Ed Brenton does awesome work. Contact him through his website www.shrednet.com (http://www.shrednet.com)
He can send you a draft version of your music mix so you can do the choreography. Then, if you send him a videotape of your routine, he can add sound effects to match your choreography.
He's always done a great job for me!
