i would highlly appreciate an advice :
im working for 3 months now and cant see results. my goal is bulking. i think i abide by all the rules of nutrition so maybe my problem is in the workout section. my weight is 175 pounds. so i keep about 180grams of protein a day and about 400grams of carbs.
i train 4 times a week.
any suggestions ?

Post your diet and your training plan. bf levels, age would be fine too.
Side note: You're only training three month. What do you expect, looking like Ronnie Coleman in that time? ;)

Very funny but also very true. Unless you can manage your expectations, you can get discouraged very easily. Persistence is the number one quality needed to succeed.

make sure your form is all good , try and train with someone thats been training for 3 years or so or even get a trainer that looks like he knows what hes talking about to teach you good form on the main building compounds
Squat , Bench , Dips , Dead Lifts , Chin ups , Leg Press , barbell curls
etc , do those with correct form as heavy as u can for 6 - 12 reps and see how u go

Add 3 Tbsp of Flax Oil or Udo's Choice oil to your daily diet... You need healthy fats in your diet to keep your testosterone levels elevated. Carbs do provide energy, but only to a certain extent. You need some good amounts of fat in your diet - around 25-30% of your daily calories.

first make sure you are spreading out your meals to about 5 or 6 meals a day, and not just a couple large sitdowns. Second if you really want to bulk, forget about staying lean. You might have to put some chub on in the process. Third its possible you have low Test. If this is the case get some Novedex XT. Finally if you want to bulk it requires proper form and technique in the gym. Remember to focus your workout around the Negatives. You tear muscle on the way down not up. Make sure you can feel a good stretch with every rep. Else you are burning calories and not building muscle.
