Decline press is the retarded younger brother of incline and flat bench.....it's easier to lift heavier hence many tits love it.
Same thing with leg presses......it's the only time most folks can lift 6 45s at once. These same folks are also terrified of squats.

Inclice dumbell press - shoulders like it better than barbell
deadlifts - when I've got the energy
tricep cable pushdown - love working the tri's
dumbell militrary press - 7-10 rep range heavy
