Right now it seems like the only rewarding thing. Like there is a direct correlation with the time i put in and the results i get out.
Its like if i dont lift nothing goes right. Weird huh.

c) to be better at various sports that you play NO, I don't really play sports, but it's nice to know I could if I wanted to.
d) you just love the lifestyle (the discipline, the routine, the hard work) NO It's a pain in the ass, but the results are worth it.
e) to get more pu$$y NO I'm married. But, it is nice to be admired/wanted by women, and my wife doesn't seem to mind me being in shape. :)
A couple more: 1) I think fat out of shape people look disgusting, and I have no desire to become one of them. 2) Functional muscle is always a good thing to have... you never know when your life could depend on your ability to lift or move something or move quickly and decisively in a catastrophe. 3) People seem to naturally defer to in-shape people with some muscle, even when there's no reason to... I think it's a throw-back to the whole "alpha male" thing from the cave man days.

Working, married, 2 kids, it's my escape and is a major stress reliever.
I love putting the headphones on and battling the weights.
