How much dextrose will maximise the transport of protein?
And when should it be consumed?

2:1 ratio of carb to protein.
100g of dext to 50g of whey, add in some creatine, and take this immediately after your workout.

Here is a quote from DonkeyKong in another post on his theory re: timing of dextrose and creatine:
"drink your dextrose 30 minutes AFTER your creatine . . . Creatine takes a certain amount of time to be absorbed, dextrose is absorbed right away, starting in your mouth, while creatine will be absorbed by your intestines. So drinking it together will result in an immense insulin spike . . . which will come crashiing down after a few minutes. Now the creatine arrives, but the insulin is long gone. So, a timed consuption of carbs and creatine is better."

....yeah i dont take whey so is there any point in say dextrose and then eggwhites?

No! With all your other meals you want complex carbs such as sweet potatoes, potatoes, oatmeal, pasta, etc.

Im talking about post workout , would there be any point in dextros if u don't take whey and ate eggwhites instead....
