Ahmad Haidar has a great physique...his arms are a bit small in comparison to the rest of his body but he has the best looking side triceps pose since Dorian retired...

I'm not one of the Getbiggers who screams "gay" at the drop of a hat. But pump room videos of male bodybuilders somehow seem gayer than the actual contest.
