My current bench is a cheapy 60$ bench that is fine except the seat will not incline so im always fighting to stay upright when doing incline presses and im pretty tired of it. Is this a good bench? Looks like the seat inclines automatically when you raise the back..

There is quite a bit of equipment from Body-Solid that is "commercial grade"...usually that brand is safe to go with especially if its for your home, it should be fine.

Thanks for the info.. the stuff I have now is from some company that went out of buisness.. and its pretty weak.

If possible I would check it out in real life before buying

I tried to find it locally but no luck. I went ahead and made the order. It cant be worse then the one I have and from the reviews I read its very solid. Atleast the seat inclines so I dont slip out of it when working shoulders. Also the handles on it are nice when doing leg work. Shiping weight is 125lbs.
