hello gh15,

how often would you recommend to train a muscle?

once or twice a week? is once a week enough in your opinion?

in general,,
ages 18-30 every fifth day
ages 30+ once a week

weaker body parts you should go twice a week but for specific period of time,,a month or so,,then back to basics
