Title: dizzy after cardio

I dont know if this belongs to the training board. Today im so dizzy. i was on the threadmill for an hour. how can i prevent this?

on a serious note, it probably has something to do with eating or drinking prior to working out, if you regularly  hit the threadmill for an hour check what's different today than normal
you might be sick too, or about to be

well i started cardio 2 weeks ago, and mostly im on the bike and walking the threadmill. But this time i was running for 15 min first then walking 45 min. if i cant take that, what good is cardio anyway?

2 weeks isnt much. bike you pretty much just sit there unless you progressively increase it. walking isnt very demanding. running for 15 minutes if you havent done it before isnt easy, i'd say you did too much thats why you got dizzy.
