He lives on Maui. My friend who trains with him said Aaron was looking great. He thought was going to make a comeback. I haven't heard anything since. Aaron was nice enough to do some photos for Muscle Mafia.

My daily dose of morning cardio was disrupted recently as I walked out of my apartment door only to find a Minister standing before me wearing a weights belt.
My double take at the holy one wasn't prompted because of the described attire though; it was the familiar bat shaped wings that draped over the belt that prompted me to un- blasphemously say to myself -- "Holy crap"!
Aaron Baker was not only back from his Hawaii hibernation but he was in my apartment complex.
"I have been in Hawaii for 3 1/2 years now" Aaron told Kaged Muscle. "I have completed my ministry studies and I have now moved back to LA (in Woodland Hills) as a full time Minister".
Aaron was as overlooked as much as Jockey in a basketball squad during his competitive days but today he is as happy and content as Elmer Fudd after catching that "pesky wabbit".
When I asked Aaron if we would ever be blessed to see his presence on the bodybuilding stage again, shaking his head he replied "God put bodybuilding to the side of life's pit stop, now I have passed on reached my destination. I thank god that the place I am in now doesn't include spandex pants".

saw him recently on a ab infomercial ,looked good and pretty big yet,more streamlined but plenty of leftover muscle and conditioned.

Those last pictures you posted of him were awesome. At 5'10 and 46 years old he looked a lot younger and still close to competition level. The last show he competed at was the 2003 Ironman and I will have to go grab that DVD and get some screencaps of him and post them since I didn't see any in my review. He looked awesome at 42 years young!

IMO...Aaron was the most overlooked/black-listed BB in history.
In his prime....he was the best.....without a doubt.
I guarantee there's a lot of old Pro's out there that were happy when he was blacklisted. Otherwise, their career would never have flourished.

The truth is that Baker was a sensational BB in his time.
I say in his time, cause today we easily forget who he competed against.
Now, ask your self WHY did not this guy make it to the top. I know the answer, but it all comes back to politics...

Aaron was definitely a class act and had the body to go with it.The WBF did him in, as well as everyone else. Watch the 04 or 05 Olympia, should have placed ALOT higher....

He did it was now defunct all black wrestling league. It was funny to watch. He was a ringleader and and had a side girl and all. He would talk /threaten dudes from ringside.

He said he never got a decent placing after that. He was also asked if he had ever considered using hGH. He said, as I recall, "I wish I could have AFFORDED to use it."
