I've seen hockey player in high school chest and squat more then drug and natural builders.

Right here you can see that even though he's using odd-sized plates, the 2nd plate is 45 lbs.  So assuming he's using a 45-lb. bar (which it looks like he is), two 45's a side = 225, plus two 35's = 295, plus two 10's = 315.
