I think your warmup set was too light, bro.

You need to up the dose or stay in the kiddie pool.

Kegdrainer shouldn't you be out working the speedbag and defeating 3 guys at once.  I mean you are the toughest guy on this board and all--according to you.

boxing is a great form of cardio.  I find it much more productive than spending an equivalent amount of time on a treadmill or elliptical trainer.  Not to mention, working on my striking, and timing/accuracy on the speedbag.

I have a timer that measures 3 minute rounds with 1 minute rest inbetween.  i do 10 rounds on the 100 lb bag, and then take a rest for 15-20, drink some protein, and then hit the speedbag for 5 or 6more rounds.

then i work on the speedbag again later before i go to bed.

Why are you drinking protein between the two?

the work on the speedbag is not really strenuous at all, just keeps my heart rate up from the heavy bag work.
Its more for timing and hand co-ordination.  its not straight protien shake though, its usually a MRP.  This is usually my second meal of the day.
