i saw flattop on the venice boardwalk in 2004 ...he is amazing. I like elsewhere and the whole detours gang. I freestyle but was influenced by a lot of styles from MJ to james brown to whatever i saw on video for the past 20 years...

shiftedshapes, where do you use these skills?  Impressive movements!  My favorite is rolly polly cobra :)

I haven't really found a "use" for them, it would be great if I could support myself by dancing but that is a hard life that I don't know if I can handle.  The main thing I guess that I have used them for in the past is to battle or get into pissing contests with other dancers.  That's really not rewarding though it can be addictive and consuming, as you guys must know from hanging out here, so I think I'm going to retire that use for my dancing.

They should teach that kid some marterial arts....he would be a pro when he's 10.. :o
