This may be a dumb question but I just wanted to know is there a such thing as eatting to much when it comes to gaining?
I just don't want that fat stomach look like coleman has.

Unless you spend several thousand a month on supplements and are doing more than 8IU a day of GH it won't happen...Fat however is a different story...It depends on your weight, fat content and activity level as to how much you can eat every day...

You have to learn for yourself how much is too much.
If you start gaining excess fat cut back a bit.
You have to learn how your body reacts to things.

Yup there's such thing as eating too much - and eating too little. I found the later to be true in most cases when people don't gain or do not gain as much as they are aiming for... it depends on where you start, if you're not carrying a lot of fat to begin with, you're not gonna turn fat over night.

You're age has a lot to do with it as well, and how active you are.
