Flex is 100% right on that video. Too bad that our "cars" went from a Ferrari (Flex) to our current Scion xB (Jay Cutler). Bodybuilding's really lost.

Best Physique ever though

He said "They'll never be a body better than Arnold!" Strong listening

Go back and listen, but first clean the wax out of your ears.  He mumbles a little when he says the arnold part, but he clearly anunciates the "L" clearly when he says "they'll never be a bodyBUILDER than Lee Haney"

Count the syllables if you like

knives, did you listen to it?

Personally, I really think he said builder, but it's not that audible, at least not enough to definitely go one way or the other, so I don't know, maybe we can have some other people's opinions

yeah good to see most people agree that flex has..um had a great body

Yeah, too bad he ruined it later on by over juicing :-\

I've heard he used diuretics too, which would explain that ridiculously low bodyfat.  whatever he used, it worked

Since when do diuretics have anything to do with bodyfat?

Flex was good but He just wasnt cocky Enough to win it... Ronnie and Jay both cocky not too sure about dorain or haney since i havent really looked into them just seen some vids and stuff. But than you look at Arnold with 7 and he was like Mohamed Ali "Iam the best ever"....

If you wana be the best at something you gotta believe that you can do it...

I have the dvd at home and my ears say "better",but it would not surprise me if he said "builder" the guy is not that smart, can we get other opinons here guys..

It doesn't matter whether he said better or builder...It is terrible either way. "They'll" means "They will"

I did listen to it, and he says "better" not "builder"

I have the VHS tape, one of the first bbing videos I have ever owned. I have listened to it over and over again. He said "better".

Flex was great that da, but better at the Arnold

Since when do diuretics have anything to do with bodyfat?

Diuretics have nothing to do with bodyfat, but when you're dehydrated and have low body fat, there's very little between the skin and muscle it gives a much dryer and ripped to the bone look.  It's not uncommon for bodybuilders to use diuretics to dehydrate themselves to get that dried out look.  Nasser and Jay both failed diuretics tests in competition at one point or another in their careers, not to mention who knows how many people got away with it.  Jay got his decision overturned though...
