probablyre probaly my favorite exercise i love lifting the heavy weight up and the feeling of pulling it off the ground, however i have noticed that ever since i started to do them and recently Ive been going very heavy that my wast has increased. my b/f has stayed the same. should i ditch the deads?

I would suggest doing it off the rack.. geting from the floor does put all of stress on the waist..
btw... i personally think that girls shouldn't do the bhig three. b/c they maybe go exerises but it can build muscles that you dont want on a girl.. i.e. big traps from the deads...
