Title: how many of you are wheat/gluten/soy/dairy free?
Post by: Royalty on January 30, 2007, 05:44:12 PM
Since january 1st, Ive been wheat and gluten free. No dairy or soy either. I cut breads, wheat pastas, oatmeal, and pizza. Milk and cheese products are gone. I must say that I do look a bit leaner just by making that change. Im not doing cardio. Everything else is the same.

I do think I will add oats back into my diet on Febuary 1st (so I wont be gluten free)

I just purchased:

30lbs of Potatos
40lbs of  Organic Brown rice
24lbs of Organic Rolled Oats
10lbs of Onions
10lbs of organic popcorn kernels

The only other foods I eat are: chicken, salmon, beef, eggs, whey, green peppers, spinach, tomatos, carrots, apple cider vinegar, and orange juice.

With this diet I have no urge to cheat.

I take tons of individual minerals and vitamins. Im big on Magnesium and Calcium. Antioxidants too. I do take big doses of Glycine for GH release. Arginine for absorbing ammonia, boosting NO, and boosting immunity.

Im adding Glutamine peptides for better growth, intestinal health, and immunity. Im going to add creatine into my regime too. Perhaps some HCL for digestion.

I do take serrapetase to dissolve and scar tissue or any dead protein in my body (it doesnt dissolve living proteins)

For anyone that over indulge in milk, cheese, breads, pasta, and diet soads.....Im telling you, will feel much better if you drop all that stuff and try my new diet. Your weight wont really go down either. Im actually going up in weight yet Im getting leaner.

Sounds good man, but there's no way I can give up milk. I hear people talking about feeling better on those diets but since I don't feel bad now, I'm not going to make the sacrifice.

I have Yogurt & Eggs but apart from that I am completely Vegan. I am a big animal lover and that was my original reason for going vege but the feeling & look you get from being on this diet is awesome, especially if you lift weights regularly. I consume a fair amount of soy but not too much because of the amount of estrogen in it. I don't consume a great deal of wheat or gluten either as I used to have an allergy to it but am fine now. I eat a lot of rice & rice based pasta and I find them tastier than wheat products.
