Title: Who here can......
Post by: Loomis on January 31, 2007, 12:02:33 AM
......Lift TWICE the amount of weight as they did when they 1st went to the gym? Weird question but It crossed my mind just now. I benched 205 for 1 shakey rep the first time I maxed out on bench at 16yo. 7 years l8er I max out at 405 for a couple reps.

First time I tried to squat, I did 85.

My highest to date is 500 Ass to Floor for one.

I was pretty heavy when I did this though and Extremely skinny when I did the 85. LOL

Not that any of my lifts are impressive but yeah, over twice the amount my even skinnier ass could lift 6 years ago. Now i'd like to double what i can do now.

when you got to the floor did you manage to stand up

lowering the weight is the easy bit

Maybe he will post a video talkin about how he will post a video of himself doing 500 ass to the floor but then blame the front desk guy at the gym for messing up the video cause he didn't know how to use the camera.

You're absolutely wrong here Sarcasm - Dan18 only benches 405 lbs for 3, but then again, it may be due to him having achieved a PR of 365 for 1 only 4 days prior to that ;D

When I was 13 years old my penis weighed 1 pound six ounces.  Now it weighs 3 pounds, so yes I can lift double the weight I started with.

Hahahaha I see it now - "Look stud, if you don't let me put my hand in your pants and have a feel at least, I'll give myself a black eye and tell everyone you attacked me. Now just relax - I've done this plenty of times and I've got the smallest, softest, most feminine hands ever" hahahaha

well, im just being honest, like even sarcasm told one time, you see everyday lots of 'big guys' telling about their numbers, still when you go to the gym you almost never see anyone trainning with that kind of numbers...

I could hardly bench or squat using an olympic bar with no weight when I first started training... I'll try and use two bars tonight and see how i go.  8)
