Jay Cutler does. Is there a difference? I think pump told me that they are like CG bench but how is the movement different?

i think the wider grip hits more on the outter head....but if ur lookin for outter head...than do rope press downs and squeeze at the bottome.

The key is elbows flaired out wide, then use a close or medium grip. One of the best compounds for triceps, in the CGB, dip, bench dip and dip machine category. Better than standard pushdowns IMO, and similar to rope pushdowns for certain areas.
