Ron is a class act. He gave The Beef " another  chance " to clean up his act and he did. It's odd how Pollux states he'll stick with PBW ( a great show ) which indicates he does not listen to NBR. Why not? Dave P., giives sample diets, the guests are starting to pick up and it does give current insight into the bodybuilding scene.

My question is . . . Dave on your board the question of Phil Hernon being interviewed has come up. Are you guys going to do a show with him? Also, Gavin Kane ( one of the top prep guys out there ) would make a great guest.
