Title: how important is VASCULARITY in PRO BODYBUILDING?
Post by: the shadow on February 02, 2007, 02:19:23 AM
there have been a few pros with very little vascularity.some of them are flex, jay,jp fux, ruhl etc.so do judges really mark one down if they lack vascularity.i do know that the bodybuilders that i have mentioned were'nt really marked down but having a real vascular physiue really helps one out in competions???some of the pros such as yates, dillet, coleman were known for their vascularity and they were always in the top 5 of any competition.even before ronnie became a mr olympia he was always in top 6.same with dillet.so does vascularity show ones level of condition or is it just genetics?

Vascularity is very important. I can't remember his name, but isn't that the reason why THIS GUY lost to Frank Zane at the 1968 Mr. Universe?

Obviously not very important. I'd say general seperation is more important than veins. Though, veins do give a nice touch to the arms.

I knew that. The one word version is spelled "allot" and it doesn't mean the same thing.
