The only thing I do is cut my carbs at breakfast, lunch and dinner by about 1/2 (as compared to bulking). Not very scientific but I dont have to weigh anything and it works for me! obviously do some cardio as well.

look into a ketogenic diet. It works extremely well and usually pretty fast once you get going!
