Everytime i train traps i get a tingling sensation in the upper left portion of my back after each set. Id say it only lasts about 45 seconds after a set. Its not painful at all just annoying.
Anyone have any idea what it could be?

I used to get that too when I did BB shrugs from the rear. Try a different variation of shrugs.

I have, happens with DB and BB front and back.

Id' get the tingling or a stinging pain in my neck. Not some little pain but like I'd been stung by a wasp in the trap on one side. It doesn't happen any more but at the time it started to worry me about a possible pinched nerve.

hey daddy is it a pins and needles tingling? like when your arm or leg falls asleep? that's a sign of nerve activity. such as stress or injury. maybe switch up with you are doing and see if it goes away?

yeah it is a pins and needles feeling. Maybe ill try a few different excerises to see if i can find one that doesnt bother me.
