Put a Pyrex cup of water in there. Microwave til boiling. Let sit for 5 minutes.
Wipe clean.

"Spot Shot" (a spray found at the grocery store) is very good at taking red wine stains out of carpet and clothing.

I've also heard, pouring white on top of the red immediately helps too. Anyway, it's a good excuse to open a bottle of white! :D

OxyClean works really well too. I mix about 1 teaspoon with 2 cups boiling water and put it in a squirt bottle. Pour a little on the stain and lay paper towels over it with a heavy weight - I use a big money jar. Poof! Stain gone.
