creatine or weight gainer? what would you pick to get size and strength. My friendws take wieght gainer and they got good gains i have been taking creatine for about 3-4weeks and noticed nothing really

Try taking BOTH creatine and weight gainer. I recommend CELL-TECH and N-Large2, respectively.
As for your alleged lack of success with creatine, a few questions come to mind:
1) Did you load the first week with the creatine?
2) Are you consuming enough calories?
3) Are you getting enough rest?

Get enough calories in you and then worry about the supps. Weight gainer is great for right after the workoout but plan on having 5 real meals a day too.

weight gainer is better assuming you only use it after working out. but if you eat regular food after the gym you dont need a weight gainer.

Weight gainer will make the gains more permanent. I like to use creatine to get past a sticking point or to increase energy when I'm dieting.

I just ordered a weight gainer that im gonna take justa fter the gym, 60 grams protein, 80 graoms carbs, 3grams creatine and 3grams glutamine.

i'd do both bro, but the weightgainer will get the gains quicker. try mega mass 4000 if u have a hard time with putting on size! it's good stuff! ;)

Actually, it's a fairly good product. I used it myself for about 3 years, when I was in college, interchanging it with the 12-lb bags of Mega Mass 2000 (depending on which was cheaper). Though both are quite carb-heavy, Giant Mega Mass is a bit more protein-dense then Super Mega Mass is.
The one knock is that the protein quantity varies based on flavor. I believe Vanilla has more than Chocolate and Pineapple has more than either one of them (but, the only place I've seen that flavor is in Spain).

I'd rather pick some other brand than Weider... I don't know about their current products, but they used to have pretty inferior quality compared to other brands.

I used that back in 2003 and I put on fat. I stopped using it and leaned out again.
