That picture is photoshopped.

Meaning, it's manipulated to show the details under her shirt.

It's not photoshopped like it's another persons body cropped to her face, but the details are enhanced, thats a reason why her face's so pale.

Lousy photoshop though, you don't have to manipulate the whole picture, you can select different areas you want to work with.

Slightly off-topic: I don't get why she didn't wore a bra, women looks better with one. Is she as clueless as her dad perhaps?
